I can't speak on longevity since I've been moved in 1 day. But... The entire experience of me calling two days ago to urgently get a new storage room to moving my things in today, has been a breath of fresh air!! I called Oakley Gateway Self Storage two days ago, explaining to them that my current storage room at another facility had been broken into and I urgently needed to move my things out of that unsafe place (my things were in the other facility for less than 24 hours before it got broken into 🤯🤔😩). The woman who assisted me over the phone was super knowledgeable, got me a reserved storage room at the same size and way, way better security, and even listened to me vent 🙏🏿. Today, Jason assisted me in moving in- super seamless and easy process. I felt the security here, not just saw it (motion sensors in the storage rooms, and alerts to me, nice!!!). The plants and rose/flower garden in the front made me feel like this place is cared for, watched over, trusted. So so glad I found this place!
Clean, secure and easy to access. The staff at Oakley Gateway actually knows what they’re doing. No fluff, just a great place to store your stuff. Highly recommend if you’re in the Oakley area.
My business has been storing my items here for years and it’s been only a great experience. I don’t ever have to worry about the safety of my items. Everytime I go visit it’s there’s friendly staff, cold water and a clean lot.
